For both our embroidery and heatseal services, we have a one-off set-up fee for your logo. This means you will only be charged once to establish your account with us, regardless of the number of branded items you choose to create. We strive to provide a hassle-free experience, ensuring that your printing needs are met efficiently.
Lead Times
When it comes to lead times, we strive to provide efficient service. For embroidery, we typically require 1-2 weeks from artwork approval, while heatseal jobs have a lead time of 2 weeks. Our aim is to deliver your customized products promptly, while maintaining our commitment to quality.
Project Size & Minimum Order Requirements
There is no project too big or too small for us. Whether you need to outfit an entire workplace with staff uniforms or require a small, one-off job for a special gift, we are here to assist you. We have no minimum order requirements for our heatseal or embroidery services, offering flexibility to cater to your specific needs. However, the more you order, the more cost-effective it becomes.
Our dedicated team handles most of our embroidery and heatseal jobs in-house, maintaining a high level of quality and control. Although, for exceptionally large orders, such as bulk hat orders, we collaborate with our trusted and highly trained outsourced teams.
