Shipping
All orders are despatched within 1-2 days upon receiving them (unless it is a non-stocked product). We ship Australia wide. Our shipment time will vary depending on location. For metro areas expect delivery within 1-3 days. For remote areas delivery can take 3-8 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number and you can follow up with us regarding the status of your product through email info@oneclickindustrialsupplies.com.au, or you can call us on 1300 660 762.
We have a freight cost of $11 inc GST per order for orders under $150 inc GST. Orders above $150 inc GST are freight free of charge *(excluding marked products - these marked products will have their fixed rates displayed on their product page)*. We are doing our best to keep fair freight fees. AUSTRALIA POST & ARAMEX are our Company’s Carriers and we require a physical address for us to ship the products.

Returns & Refunds Policy
You can return products (shipping at your cost) on most new, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund. We will be shouldering the return shipping fee if the product is defective due to our own fault (When you received a wrong or damaged item, etc.). All returning items must be in original condition and packaging. Clothing items must be in their original conditions, including but not limited to being unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached to the item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
The estimated time that you will be receiving your refund is within two (2) weeks upon giving your package to the return shipper. However in most cases, you will receive your refund faster than two weeks.
It can take 2 to 7 working days for us to receive your package from the courier. Our processing time after we have received your package is 1 to 3 working days. The refund request will usually take around 1 to 4 working days for the bank to process.
